Welcome to Runz, by utilizing our website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking your reservation. General Information
Runz offers private transportation services, including ride transfers to and from airports, seaports, concert venues and private engagements. We offer fixed rate products, flat rate services as well as hourly rates.
All passengers must be at least 18 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or adult guardian. Exceptions may be honored at management discretion with written consent 24 hours in advance.
Children under 2 must be in a rear-facing car seat. Children 8 years or younger weighing 40 lbs or more must be secured in a forward-facing or booster seat, supplied by us or the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date booking information including child seats, passenger and luggage count, flight details, pick-up times and addresses. Failure to do so may result in delays or cancelation.
All bookings are subject to availability and review.
Terms of Privacy
We use third-party platforms for scheduling, payment processing, communication, and notifications.
By booking, you consent to share your contact and payment details. Carrier charges may apply for text messages. Contact your provider for more info.
Affiliate partners may assist in fulfilling bookings. They only receive essential contact details – never payment information.
All communications are service-related and will not be used for unsolicited marketing.
Rates and Additional Fees
Rates are subject to verification based on service type, mileage, vehicle type, same-day or holiday surcharges, and extras like stops or car seats. Discounts are applied at checkout.
Waiting charges apply after 15 mins for residential, 45 mins for domestic flights, and 90 mins for international. Cleaning fees start at $100 for spills or damages.
Promo codes cannot be combined unless approved by management.
Bookings and Payments
Full payment is required 24 hours prior to service. A confirmation email will be sent post-booking.
Customers must review and confirm booking accuracy. Changes must be made by calling (833) 833-6048. Email changes may not be timely.
Payments are processed securely via our third-party provider. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Other methods require management approval.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations 24+ hours before service get a refund minus 5% processing fee. Cancellations within 24 hours receive future credit.
Special cases like illness or canceled flights may qualify for consideration with proof. Missed flights incur a 20% fee.
Cancellations within 8 hours result in 100% forfeiture.
Reservation changes must be made 4+ hours before the service via phone only. Failure to appear without contact is considered a "No Show" and is non-refundable.
All refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Confirmation emails will be sent for all credits or refunds.
Lost and Found
Runz is not responsible for items left in vehicles. Items found will be held for 30 days. Unclaimed items will be discarded or donated.
Limits of Liability
Runz’s maximum liability is limited to the booking cost if we fail to deliver the agreed service.
Terms and Agreement Updates
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our service means you accept the revised terms.
