To maintain an exceptional rider experience we maintain that riders act in a manner that is ethical, moral and socially acceptable. All conversations with our professional drivers or chauffeur should be respectful at all times during the entirety of the ride.

What is Runz average pick-up time?

Runz ride typically arrives 15 minutes early at the pick up location. However, in rare circumstances a few minutes delay might occur due to factors such as traffic and or the pick-up location. We will notify you when there’s a delay.

Can I schedule a ride with Runz in advance?

Yes, Runz allows you to schedule rides in advance for up to three months through our website. Whether you need a ride tomorrow or in a few weeks, we’ll make sure to confirm your reservation. Please note that reservations made in less than two hours (for airport/seaport) will incur additional charges.

What safety measures does Runz take?
